Do you know what brave means? Brave means not scared! Today we learn about Esther. Esther was very brave!
Esther was a pretty girl. She lived with her cousin. His name was Mordecai. Mordecai loved Esther very much.
One day, the king needed a queen. The king picked Esther! Esther became the queen! She wore a pretty crown!
But there was a mean man. His name was Haman. Haman wanted to hurt God's people. That made Esther very sad.
What could Esther do? She could talk to the king! But that was scary. Very scary!
