Today is Father's Day! Do you know what a daddy is? A daddy loves you very much!
Some daddies are tall. Some daddies are short. Some daddies have beards. Some daddies wear glasses. All daddies are special!
What does your daddy do with you? Does daddy read books? Does daddy give hugs? Does daddy play peek-a-boo? Does daddy push you on the swing?
Some children don't have a daddy at home. That's okay! Some children have a grandpa or uncle who loves them like a daddy. Some children have someone else who takes care of them.

The Bible says we should listen to our daddies. Daddies teach us good things. They keep us safe. They love us very much.
Let's thank God for our daddies and for people who love us like daddies do. Let's thank God for being our daddy in heaven too!
