An oscillating fan and pieces of crepe streamer - one per child
Scripture:
John 14:15-21
Jesus Sends Us a Helper (John 14:15-21)
Turn on the fan to blow air. Give each child a colorful ribbon or scarf to wave in the wind.
Do you feel that? *Point to the fan* Whoosh! Whoosh! The air is moving!
*Act surprised* Oh my! What's making my hair move? What's making your ribbons dance? It's the wind! Can you see the wind? No! But we can feel it. We can see what it does!
The wind makes our ribbons go whoosh! *Wave ribbons* The wind makes our hair tickle! *Touch hair* But we can't see the wind!

The Holy Spirit lives in our hearts when we love Jesus. The Holy Spirit helps us. The Holy Spirit makes us feel better when we're sad. Just like a big hug!
*Wave ribbons again* See the wind moving our ribbons? We can't see the wind, but we know it's there! The Holy Spirit is like that too. We can't see Him, but He's there helping us!
Let's pray: God, thank You for sending the Holy Spirit to help us. Even though we can't see Him, we know He's real. Just like the wind! Thank You, Jesus. Amen.
