The Big Tower Story
Hello! Can you say hello? HELLO! Good job!
Today we're going to learn about a big, big tower. Can you reach up high like a tower? Stretch your arms up! Higher! Good!
A long, long time ago, all the people talked the same way. They all said words like we do. "Hello! Hello! Hello!"
The people wanted to build something. What did they want to build? A tower! A big, big tower! They wanted it to go up, up, up to the sky!
Let's pretend to build a tower! Put one block down. Now another block. Stack them up! Up, up,...

The people worked and worked. They wanted their tower to be the biggest ever! They were very proud. "Look at our tower!" they said.
But God was watching. God saw the big tower. God knew the people were being too proud. They forgot about God!
So God did something very surprising. God mixed up their words! Now instead of everyone saying "hello," some people said "hola!" Some said "ciao!" Some said "aloha!"
Let's try it! Say "hello!" Now say "hola!" Now say "aloha!" The people couldn't understand each other anymore!
The people got confused. "What did you say?" "I don't understand!" They couldn't work together anymore. So they stopped building the tower.
The people moved away to different places. That's why today some people speak different words than we do!
What does this story teach us? God wants us to remember Him. God wants us to be kind, not proud. God wants us to help each other!
Let's play! We'll build towers together! You can stack blocks while I count. One, two, three! Good teamwork!
When we work together and remember God, we can do good things! We can help our friends! We can share our toys!
Let's pray together. Fold your little hands. "Dear God, help us be kind. Help us work together. Help us remember You. Amen."
Now let's say goodbye in different ways! "Goodbye!" "Adiós!" "Ciao!" Wave your hands!
