There is a time for every activity, a time for every deed. Ecclesiastes 3:17

Summary of this sermon...

Using our time wisely is important to God. We often put things off, saying "I'll get around to it," but God expects us to make good use of our time. Ecclesiastes 3:17 reminds us, "There is a time for every activity, a time for every deed." Let's prioritize our time for work, play, study, and rest, and ask God to help us make the most of it. Activity: Word Search.

Now that I have a round TUIT, I will be able to do all of those things that I have been putting off until I got around to it. Do you know what I mean? Am I the only one here that puts things off? I doubt it! Many of you probably do the same thing. You know, like when your mother asks you if you have cleaned up your room and you answer, "No, I haven't gotten around to it yet." Or she asks you if you have studied for your spelling test, and you say, "No, but I will just as soon as I get around to it." We all need to get a Round TUIT, don't we?

The Bible says, "There is a time for every activity, a time for every deed." That means a time to work, and a time to play. A time to study, and a time to watch TV. God expects us to make good use of our time. He doesn't want us to just fool around until we get a Round TUIT.

Dear Lord, help us to make good use of the time that you have given us. Amen.
